Does this mean that after insertion of an >2Gb-card in my TT-RIDER (with the original bootloader 5.5012 which does not support >2Gb-cards) it will be imposible in the future to upgrade my original bootloader 5.5012 to version 5.5120 in order to enable >2Gb SDHC-cards?

Changing bootloaders CAN be dangerous & irreversible.
However, if all you need to do is use anSDHC card in you Rider you're safe to use my method here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Remember:- DO NOT just add this bootloader system file to your SDHC card and expect it to run. You MUST first load it to your original SD card or internal memory and start your device. THEN it can read SDHC's.
