Yup, I think people know this which is why they're not incl elsewhere (like the French ones now too)

Speedcams for France and Switzerland as per May 7.
These are poi's.
Set them up as 'panorama', 'emergency stop' or something you like.
NOT as speedcam as it is forbidden in these countries.

That is absolutely true. My navigation was checked by police whether is has this turned off. Luckily, I had :-)
